I went to the University of Michigan for college, moved to New York, then back to Chicago for work and then graduate school. Moved up to Milwaukee about 10 years ago. Heather and I have been married for 12 years now; i work at a hedge fund here trading mainly bonds. We love it in Wisconsin (i spend a lot of my free time fly fishing...). We are in the process of adopting our first child (who was born in September) next week. Looking forward to the reunion.

I am married to Tony Garro (a DGS South 1988 graduate) for 13 years now and we live in Woodridge again. I first met him in 2nd grade but never thought twice about him until I turned 22! We have 2 beautiful daughters, Angelique is 10 and Jacqueline is 7. When I am not taking them to their dance lessons, girl scouts, soccer practice and games, CCD classes, hosting sleepovers and play dates, or what ever else they decide to sign up for I work full time as an office manager in Burr Ridge and I love it! We also have a dog and cat. Sleep is over rated! :)

Shortly after high school I received an opportunity to work for Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago. I left eight years later when my son was born. I live in Hampshire with my husband Cal, son Jason (11), and dog Harley. We love it here in the country! I continue to run and enjoy traveling, snowmobiling, and taking the Harley out for a ride. I also keep busy with school and church activities and attending Jason's basketball and baseball games (his school color is purple too). I wont make the reunion but hope everyone has a wonderful time!

After high school, I married the most amazing woman....oh wait, I'm getting ahead of myself! First, I graduated from U of I with a degree in Hacky Sack - I mean Mechanical Engineering - and started working for SKF USA. In late 1999, I transferred with SKF to Plymouth, Michigan. I married my dream girl, Jenny, in July 2006 and we have a little 2 year old princess named Lizzie and a baby boy on the way, due this December. Other highlights since college: sang in a Blues band for a few years while still living in the Chicago area; traveled several times to Central and South America with my church on mission trips; helped lead a nursing home ministry in MI sharing the love of Christ with the residents at a weekly worship service. Unfortunately we cannot attend the reunion this weekend but wish the very best to everyone - have a great time!

I remarried in May, 2008, and we've 4 children between the 2 of us. I've worked in the IT industry for about the past 15 years in various capacities. Most recently I accepted a new position as Director of IT. I'm currently taking classes at school in what I hope is not an "in vain" effort to keep up with the changes in technology. When I'm not shuttling kids to-and-from an activity or church, I'm still training horses and/or playing softball. I'm fairly involved with the music programs at a few churches as either a choir director, musician or composer/arranger. My greatest find over the past 20 years has been the hope I found when I became a Christian.

My family and I live in San Diego. I met my husband in Medical School, who is a San Diego native, and the rest is history. I work full time as an Internist, but my hard job is being PTA Mom and Room Mom for my kids! We have two kids, ages 5 and 7, and enjoy the beautiful weather in California year round, compared to Chicago! My mom and older sister still live in DG, my twin sister Charita lives in SD with her family.

After high school I spent four fantastic years at the University of Wisconsin in Madison and graduated in 1993 with a BA in Behavioral Science and Law with a Criminal Justice Minor. I went on to Northwestern University School of Law and graduated in 1996. I spent almost 10 years working for the City of Chicago as a Corporation Counsel doing Municipal Prosecutions and Federal Civil Rights work. I left the City to become a General Counsel for a Real Estate firm and in 2008 I opened my own law firm downtown. Sorry I won't be there for the reunion, but I will be thinking of all of you from the sandy beaches of South Beach, Florida and Abaco, Bahamas with my fantastic and patient boyfriend, Matt, who has been waiting 7 years for me to settle down...

After graduating Illinois Benedictine I married my husband Jim and we moved to Naperville. We've been married 14 years and have 2 wonderful daughters Olivia (6) and Isabelle (3). Hobbies...beekeeping, fermenting food, star trek conventions. REALLY when I am not working my hobbies include master homework technician, nose wiper extraordinaire, expert gunk identifier along with other important m.o.m. expertise!
