Welcome (back) to the DGN Class of 1989 Reunion Website!

We are thrilled to be "going back home" to the heart of Downers Grove over Homecoming weekend for our 20th reunion. All of our events are conveniently located around downtown DG throughout the weekend... from a family picnic/tailgate at Hummer Park, to the post-game cocktail party at the DG Moose Lodge, to our main reunion event at Emmett's Ale House on Main Street.

We are proud to be the only group ever to buy-out the entire venue at Emmett's Ale House exclusively for our reunion event. You'll find more details on the reunion weekend throughout the pages of this website. Please explore!

If you have not already, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete/update your personal profile.
Even if you don't plan to attend the reunion, we want your contact details so that we can invite you to future reunions. Visit the Classmates Profiles page for more.

2. Check out the Details of Events page.
This page gives you the complete weekend schedule and all of the details surrounding each activity. We'll keep this page updated as new information develops, so please check back to this website periodically. If you want some background on the planning decisions, you can check out the Planning Blog page too.

3. RSVP for each event you plan to attend.
We want to know if you plan to join us at each event throughout the reunion weekend, so that we can plan better for you. 

4. Buy your Main Reunion Event Tickets!
Your RSVP is only the first step to attend the main reunion event at Emmett's on Saturday night. Next, please go to the Buy Tickets page and purchase your electronic ticket once you know for sure that you will attend. Please purchase your tickets soon!  We'll be able to make better planning decisions if you don't wait until the last minute - thanks!

5. Send us photos!
Visit the Photo Albums page and submit your past and present photos to help us ensure that you are represented. Our photo albums are only as diverse as you help us make them, so go scan a few of your favorite old photos today and upload them to this site. We also want current photos of you, so please upload one to your profile.  You can also upload a current family (or other) photo to the Look at Me Know photo album on the Photo Albums page.

6. Start connecting with old friends.
You can utilize the Guest Book, Message Boards or Contact Us pages of this website to reach out and connect with old friends and classmates. You can also find many of us on Facebook. We have an official Downers Grove North Class of '89 group on Facebook that you can join to stay in the loop.

7. Spread the word!
Please visit the Missing Classmates page. Help us find your old pals and encourage them to at least provide their contact details to us through the Classmates Profiles page so that we can find them easier in the future. (All information is secure and people do not have to appear on the website if desired.) 

8. See you in DG in September!
While some of us never ventured far from the DG area, for others of us, it will be fun to come home! We're gonna party like it's 1989!
